I’ve spent years studying what happens when women are deeply skilled at what they do but can’t seem to hold onto to it when it matters most.
I’m an integration coach, blending somatic work with business and leadership. My work restores internal coherence so we can lead from who we truly are.
My background spans over a decade in business operations, marketing, and leadership, including launching and leading a successful brick & mortar start-up at just 25.
And just as deeply, I’ve spent my life inside the work itself. This program exists because I found my way through it, and I want to show you how.
