I’m an integration coach, blending somatic work with business and leadership. My work is rooted in restoring internal coherence so we can lead from who we truly are.
My background spans over a decade in business operations, marketing, and leadership, including launching and leading a successful brick & mortar start-up at just 25.
And just as deeply, I’ve spent my life inside the work itself. This program exists because I found my way through it— and I want to show you how.
