Into the Deep
A first descent into embodied self-inquiry.
To the one who feels the undercurrent: Welcome in, beloved.
Into The Deep is a series of 75-minute virtual gatherings, a meeting place for soul and body.
For those new to the art of dropping in, this will be a gentle initiation into somatic work, a space to uncover and feel what it is that’s been simmering beneath the surface.
For those who’ve walked this path before, this is a chance to meet the shadow in a neutral light, a refresher in greeting resistance and letting it speak its truth. You deserve this, too.
